Attorneys

Attorney Holland is a Board Certified trial attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also an advocate with the American Board of Trial Lawyers. He is a Special Trial Master in Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties and a National Arbitration and Mediation Mediator. He possesses over 25 years of hands-on legal experience.

Attorney Holland attended Mt. St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD and Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA. His past experience includes a position as Deputy Counsel for the Auditor General's office and Partner at the Wilkes-Barre office of O'Malley and Harris, P.C.

In addition to practicing law, Attorney Holland gives presentations to companies and lawyers on trial litigation and tactics. He is a Board Member for the Domestic Violence Center and a member of the Local Rules Committee for Lackawanna County. He is active in the medical communities of Lackawanna County and Luzerne County. Also, he is active in many church functions and civil activities.

Attorney Holland resides in Moosic with his wife and three children. His hobbies include golf, cooking and coaching his children in baseball, softball and basketball.
