J. Scott Brady

Attorney Brady has over 20 years of experience in the practice of law. Attorney Brady gained experience handling personal injury, automobile, employment, and workers' compensation cases. His invaluable experience includes defending companies in legal matters involving personal injury and employment law. Because he knows how the other side is preparing their case, he knows what needs to be done in pursuing a claim against those companies.

After attending Penn State University, Attorney Brady received his Jurist Doctorate from the University of Seattle School of Law. He is a frequent lecturer to other attorneys on topics such as workers' compensation, automobile law and trial law.

He is also a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association where he is currently Chairman of the Rules Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

In his free time, Attorney Brady enjoys fly-fishing and is a past president of Trout Unlimited. He is also an avid weight lifter and likes to ride his bicycle and motorcycle.
